Roland Elek didn't inherit a construction empire. He built one.


Arriving in the United States without speaking a word of English, Roland settled in Key West with nothing but a relentless work ethic and a vision for what was possible. He learned the language on job sites. He learned the craft by doing the work himself. And he earned the trust of every client, one project at a time.

In 2009, he went out on his own. What started as a tile and renovation company grew into one of South Florida's most recognized general contracting firms with a portfolio spanning luxury residential builds, full-scale remodels, and commercial projects for names like the Ritz-Carlton, Hard Rock, and Porsche Design.

Over 15+ years, Roland has earned six professional licenses, built a team of seasoned craftsmen, and developed a reputation that most contractors spend their entire careers chasing: one where clients call him by name, refer their friends without hesitation, and trust him with their most important investment, their home.
